Target groups: Young people (with a focus on vulnerable and marginalized groups)
Main objective of the project: Both Romania and Bulgaria face difficulties aligning educational outcomes with labour market demands, resulting in gaps that hinder the integration of young people into the workforce and compromise their safety and personal development. The overall objective of the project is to bridge this gap by modernizing educational infrastructure, equipping training centers with state-of-the-art tools, and fostering cross-border collaboration to develop joint training programs.
Project activities:
Work Package 1 – Investments
Activity 1.1. Modernization works of the sports hall for the beneficiary
Activity 1.2. Routine repairs of halls 46, 51 and 52, equipment purchase and installation for the partner
Activity 1.3. Procurement of the specialized equipment for the beneficiary

Activity 2.2. Organization of 4 joint workshops for developing the joint training program and the Best Practices Guide For Youth Safety And Conduct
Activity 2.3 Organization of 6 trainings in the field of Personal Finance and Green Economy by the partner
Activity 2.4 Organization of 6 trainings in the field of Self-Defence and Safe Driving by the beneficiary
Results:
1. Participation in joint training schemes - The project will involve a total of 240 different learners participating in joint training schemes covering crucial topics such as: Sustainable Personal Finance Management, Green Economy and Corporate Social Responsibility; Self-Defence and Personal Safety, and Safe Driving for Young Adults
2. Organizations cooperating across borders – Project participants will build cross-border cooperation to improve youth safety, inclusion and employability by aligning educational programs with labour market demands in Romania and Bulgaria.
3. Development of a Best Practices Guide For Youth Safety And Conduct: Making Smart Choices; development of Joint training program.
