The International Scientific and Practical Conference was organized in the implementation of Administrative Contract BNSF-1.010-0023-C01 of August 18, 2026, awarded by the Bulgarian National Science Fund at the Ministry of Education and Science under the Procedure for Support of International Scientific Forums Held in the Republic of Bulgaria.
