  • September 10th 2021 - Conference fee payment
  • October 10th 2021 - Notification of acceptance
Conference fees
  • Onsite - 80 EUR
  • Online - 40 EUR
The fee is per participant. The participation fee covers conference proceedings (on paper), conference materials, mid-session refreshments and conference cocktail party. Online participants will be provided an access to the electronic version of the conference proceedings.

Invoices will be issued using the data which have been entered in the application form/payment order and no later than 5 days after the payment.

Note: If only the name of the participant is indicated in the payment order, the invoice will be issued to the participant and not to the institution he/she represents.
