The discussions focused on the conceptual foundations of the joint training program, covering key aspects of youth safety, personal development, and social responsibility.
During the workshop, participants worked intensively, turning theoretical analyses into practical tools. The main achievements included:

  • Identifying key competencies;
  • Developing pedagogical approaches based on active participation, non-formal education, and experiential learning;
  • Structuring a comprehensive training program, including four courses tailored to target groups and educational levels;
  • Integrating monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to ensure the quality and sustainability of the program.

The result is a practical and applicable program that can be implemented and adapted to the real needs of young people on both sides of the Danube.
The workshop highlighted the importance of collaboration between institutional, educational, and academic partners:

Within the framework of the project, joint trainings, educational initiatives, and awareness-raising campaigns are implemented, aimed at preventing risky behavior and fostering a culture of responsibility and civic engagement among young people.
For the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics – Svishtov, participation in this project means active involvement of faculty and students in an international expert environment, participation in trainings and joint events, as well as the opportunity to apply academic knowledge to solving real societal challenges.

In this way, the ROBG00251 Cross-Border Youth Safety and Inclusion: Modernizing Training Facilities and Developing a Comprehensive Good Practices Guide (CBYSI) not only develops knowledge and skills, but also actively contributes to the formation of a safer, responsible, and engaged youth community in the Danube region. The Academy thanks all participants for their active involvement, constructive discussions, and commitment, which contributed to the creation of a program with a real impact on young people.
