Students and teachers from D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics participated in a summer school of ASECU

The Association of Economic Universities of South and Eastern Europe and the Black Sea Region (ASECU) organised its seventh annual summer school under the title: “History is Back. Institutional Socioeconomic and Business Challenges in a Rapidly Changing World”. The event was held in Pissidi, Greece from 20th to 27th August 2017 and attracted more than 70 students and 20 teachers from three continents. Organisers of the school were Aristotle University and University of Macedonia (Thessaloniki, Greece)

Students from “International Economic Relations” bachelor programme of D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics – Kostadinka Shumanova and Violina Krilova – presented research papers: „Global Business Opportunities in a Rapidly Changing World“ and „Income Inequality and Relative Poverty Among the EU Member-States“.

Head assist. Galin Stefanov, Ph. D., member of the Department of International Economics Relations presented a lecture under the topic “The Evolution of National Currencies and Monetary Unions”. During the summer school all the student had the possibility to present the culture and the traditions of their own country.
