Seventh transnational meeting of the Heritage Game project partners
From 15 to 17 September 2026, the seventh transnational meeting of the partners involved in Project No. 2023-1-PT01-KA220-HED-000154261, “A Gamification Model for Community-Based Heritage Work” (Heritage Game), implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, took place in Adana, Türkiye.
The meeting was hosted by Adana Alparslan Türkeş Science and Technology University (Türkiye) and brought together representatives of all partner institutions, including the project team from D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics, Svishtov.
During the event, meetings of the project’s Steering committee and Key Project Team were held, focusing on the progress achieved in the implementation of project activities, the results attained, and the level of achievement of the project indicators. Attention was paid to the gamified application developed within the project, its dissemination, and the prospects for ensuring its sustainability beyond the project’s lifetime.
The partners also reviewed the implementation of project management, communication, and dissemination activities, as well as the impact achieved among the target audiences. A key focus of the discussions was the preparation of the final project report and the coordination of the remaining administrative and financial activities prior to the official closure of the project.
The seventh transnational meeting reaffirmed the successful cooperation among the partner organisations and contributed to the effective planning of the final stage of the Heritage Game project, which promotes gamification as a tool for the preservation, promotion, and sustainable development of cultural heritage.
The project No. 2023-1-PT01-KA220-HED-000154261 “A gamification model for community-based heritage work” is implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ programmе, in partnership between Polytechnic Institute of Tomar (Portugal), D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics (Bulgaria), Valahia University of Targoviste (Romania), University of South Bohemia České Budějovice (Czech Republic), University of Trnava (Slovakia), University of Camerino (Italy), and Adana Science and Technology University (Turkiye).
