INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
17 April 2026 – Deadline for registration via the online form.
22 May 2026 – Deadline for submitting the paper via e-mail: iut@uni-svishtov.bg
1 June 2026 – Notification to authors of accepted papers and announcement of the conference program
19 June 2026 – Conference opening

Requirements for Paper Format:

  • The paper title should be written in uppercase letters, Times New Roman, 16 pt, bold, centered, in Bulgarian or English.
  • The author(s) name(s), academic degree(s), and affiliated institution should be written in Times New Roman, 14 pt, centered, in Bulgarian or English.
  • The paper must include an abstract and keywords in Bulgarian or English.
  • The main text should be in Times New Roman, 14 pt, single line spacing, and justified alignment.
  • The maximum length of the paper is 10 pages, including tables, figures, and references.
  • Citation and formatting of references must follow APA style.

All submitted papers are subject to double-blind peer review.

Participation Fees
For participants from Bulgaria and abroad:

  • Participation with paper only (no attendance) – €20
  • Participation with paper and attendance at the dinner on 19 June 2026 – €60
  • Participation with paper and attendance at the cultural program on 20 June 2026 – €40
  • Participation with paper and attendance at both accompanying events – €80

 For participants from D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics and universities of the KreativEU Alliance: no fee

The fees apply to one participant with one publication and include one printed copy of the proceedings, regardless of the number of co-authors.
For co-authored publications, each author pays the corresponding fee, which provides the right to participate in the selected accompanying events and receive a printed copy of the proceedings.

For accompanying persons and participants exempt from the participation fee:
For participation in the conference’s accompanying events, accompanying persons pay:

  • €40 – for the dinner on 19 June 2026
  • €20 – for the cultural program on 20 June 2026

Travel, daily allowance, and accommodation costs are borne by the participants. The organizers can assist in selecting and booking accommodation.

PUBLICATION
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be registered in the Reference List of the National Center for Information and Documentation and in the Central and Eastern European Online Library (CEEOL).

  • Working languages: Bulgarian and English
  • Each participant is entitled to submit one paper (either individually or co-authored).
