Fourth Heritage Game in-person partners’ meeting in Camerino

The fourth Heritage Game partners’ meeting took place in the period from 20th to 22nd of May 2025 in Camerino, Italy. Host of the event was the University of Camerino. The event was attended by representatives of the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar (Portugal), D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics (Bulgaria), Valahia University of Targoviste (Romania), University of South Bohemia České Budějovice (Czech Republic), University of Trnava (Slovakia), University of Camerino (Italy), and Adana Science and Technology University (Turkiye). During the event, partners have discussed all tasks and activities that should be implemented to develop a gamified application for community-led heritage work.

The event has begun with the opening speeches of the Rector of the University of Camerino and the Manager of the Heritage Game project.

During the 3-day meetings, participants were involved in discussions about the application features and functionalities, application testing and feedback, as well as planning the implementation of the tasks for developing an accessible gamification tool for community-led heritage work, establishing community coalitions in all seven countries for the development of community-based gamification solutions, and public release of the gamification application.

The project partners have scheduled their next in-person meeting for September 2025. The host of the fifth in-person meeting will be the University of South Bohemia České Budějovice.
