The project No. 2018-1-BG01-KA107-047260 is funded by Erasmus+ programme, KA 107 of the European Union. The beneficiary of the projects is the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics, Svishtov (Bulgaria). One of the incoming student mobilities is a zero-grant mobility. All staff mobilities for training concern developing specific skills for teaching, designing and delivering training content and sessions, as well as preparing teaching and learning documents. In geographical point of view, the mobility flows have been organised between 29 higher education institutions from 18 countries (Bulgaria, Albania, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, South Korea, Moldova, Montenegro, Russian Federation, Serbia, Taiwan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, China, Egypt, Palestine, and Morocco). In student mobility activities, students from first, second and third study cycle have taken part. Their gender distribution is as follows: 25 females and 14 males. In staff mobility activities, 33 males and 32 females have taken part.

The basic objectives of the project are to: improve the knowledge about the Erasmus+ programme; make the programme more popular within the university society and promote European values within them; enhance the international dimension of higher education through cooperation with HEIs from Partner countries with the aim to take part in future multi-partner projects and build up educational and scientific networks; support career development of students and staff; develop a new, mobile, demanding and open-minded academic society with European values and transferrable skills.

As a result of the mobilities, the following spinoff effects are reported: reinforcement of the cooperation and building up professional networks; increased interest in exchange and attraction of foreign and local students and staff for incoming and outgoing mobility between Bulgaria and Partner countries; discussion on the potential and preparation of joint project proposals for capacity building under KA203 of Erasmus+ programme and for student mobility under ASEM-DUO Fellowship programme; attracting experts from the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in the implementation of some of the activities of partners' projects; signing memorandums of understanding in order to diversify the cooperation, as well as additional agreements for boosting student mobility between partner universities; improving partner's knowledge about scientific journals of the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics; taking steps to launch a double-degree Bachelor programme; improving partner's knowledge about Doctoral programmes offered by the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics and joint education of doctoral students; preparation of joint manuscripts between research teams from D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics and its partners and their acceptance for publishing in highly ranked journals.
